I Have A Collage Of Business & Life Experience That Benefit's You In Many Ways!

Firstly, I fully recognize how critically important the process ofbuying and/or selling a home is to my clients, regardless of whether it is your first home, second, or your latest in a long history of buying and selling properties. It’s a large financial investment, and can involve an emotional attachment at times, particularly if you are selling. The process can also be stressful, no matter what anyone tells you. Given these challenges, you need your Real Estate Agent to take care of business. You don’t need to be concerned with the deal going sideways, when it could have been prevented. You need a professional ally in the process in order to ensure your dealings are as seamless as theycan be. You should feel assured that whomever you are dealing with, for a transaction of any size, especially one that can change your life, is with an Agent you can feel completely comfortable with. Many of my clients have indicated that they are looking for an Agent whom they can trust, count on as both reliable and ethical, to show the compassion of a friend and to be a proven negotiator and closer. I strive, in all my interactions, to be that person. I pride myself on working hard to ensure that you will be pleasantly blown away with how fun and comfortable this experience should and will be.

I come from an entrepreneurial family. My experience in real estate began in 1992, when I was twenty-four. I worked with Bob Rennie initially, learning the trade, and then I signed on with Coldwell Banker in the White Rock/South Surrey market,where I stayed for about five or six years, before moving to Sutton Group in Vancouver. At Sutton Group, I focused not just on residential, but combined the commercial side of the business.

In 1999, while remaining in Real Estate, I also joined with my father, brother and uncle and co-started a GPS Golf Company focusing on delivering GPS needs to golfers around the world. The company placed technology in the palm of your hand and in your golf cart through RF and GPS technology. The innovative technology is, today, in over 1000 courses globally.

My family remain involved in the golf business, and arecurrently the biggest in the industry globally for cart technology. Although, the golf business and my involvement in it certainly saw ups and downs, it has been amazing what we haveaccomplished, and I have learned tremendously from this experience, lessons which I am now able to apply successfullyto my work in Real Estate. I treasure the many great experiences and the opportunity to have worked closely with family for many years. I travelled extensively in Europe and South East Asia. Now, I’m embracing a new chapter, as a single dad with two incredible kids.

There is something very rewarding about buying and selling homes in partnership with people, who trust you and rely on you. I understand that feeling as both an Agent and a client and have also been through a lot of life experiences, good and bad, like anybody has I guess, which enables me to truly focus on what is important to you and me. I can promise that I will not play games. I know how to deliver what you need, and would love to partner with you through the process, one step at a time.
